The ZEBU breed is from India but extended to the whole world. They have a typical hump on their back. The cattle graze all their lives on pastures so the meat is without noticeable fat marbling yet very delicate and with a distinctive light taste of venison.

SHORTON/HEREFORD

ORIGIN: Argentina, AGE: 24-28 months, FEED: free-range, MATURING: 30 days.

This beef is top quality coming from two breeds of bulls grazing on the green and humid plains of Argentina. The breeds are kept separately or they can breed together as their characteristics are similar. The flesh is very juicy and has a distinctive colour and flavour. It contains little fat and cholesterol thanks to the life-long grazing in the wild.

US BLACK ANGUS

ORIGIN: US. Midwest , AGE: 15-16 months, FEED: free range, 150 days before being slaugh-tered, fed with mashed grains, MATURING: 30 days.

Experts prize this meat highly, it is tender and succulent, highly marbled and juicy with a typical flavour characteristic for this breed.

 

CHIANINA

ORIGIN: Tuscany IT , AGE: 16–18 months, FEED: free range, MATURING: 30 days
This is the oldest Italian Chianina cattle grazing on mountain pastures, fed with a lack of artifical feeding. The meat is beautifully delicate with fine marble while almost fat - free.

 

MILK-FED VEAL 

ORIGIN: Belgium, AGE: 8 months, FEED: milk

Veal is especially appreciated in gastronomy for tenderness and mild flavour. Veal compared to beef meat is pink and contains about half the amount of fat. Dairy calf is reared up to 8 months of age and is fed only with milk. 

 

WAGYU (KOBE STYLE)

ORIGIN: Australia, AGE: 30–35 months, FEED: free range, 300–600 days before slaughter the beef is fed a special ration of high-energy feed. MATURING: up to 140 days
Wagyu is a Japanese breed of cattle, which, due to high standard husbandry conditions and isolation in the development of the breed, its meat is unique and to a high quality. The beef manifests dense marbling, juiciness and a strong beef flavour. Wagyu Cattle is reared in Japan, and called Kobe. True Kobe meat couldn‘t be exported from Japan until 1976, and for this reason, in the world of breeds Wagyu is labelled "Kobe style" It is the perfect selective cross-breeding of the original breed of Wagyu and American Angus that obtains the intramuscular fat. As a result, Kobe style from the true Japanese Kobe is almost identical, so you can taste its unique and delicate flavour. Our meat comes from certified farm in Australia, which itself provides a complete "service" to their homeland for the cattle from growing the grain to feed, to processing the meat according to customer’s requests. Wagyu is the world's most popular and delicious meat.
